Our team

Frédéric studied Business Administration and Automation Engineering at ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles). He brings strong leadership build on more than 25 years of experience in I.T. and Service Management, a solid background in SAP solutions, combined with a passion for new business models and CLOUD services. Before founding eSpheres, he was the Belgium, Netherlands and UK IT Manager of Solvay S.A., one of the largest chemical group in Europe.

Philip Capel, Dutch nationality, graduated as a chemical engineer, and started his career at the chemical company Solvay S.A. He had several sales and marketing management positions in bulk products and specialty chemicals, in the Netherlands and Belgium. Later he joined an American multinational company in capital investment goods for the chemical and petrochemical industry. There he was responsible as sales and distribution manager for process installations. In 2009 he joined REACHLaw as European sales director in the Brussels office. Within REACHLaw he was responsible for business development and regulatory compliance consultancy. Philip Capel has 20 years of industry experience in (petro-) chemical, polymer, (non-) ferrous products, business and manufacturing processes, but also in commercial trade and import business processes and (REACH) regulatory compliance issues.

Ferdinand Guesewell is co-founder of eSpheres SA. He graduated in business administration and has more than 30 years of experience as senior manager in the international chemical industry, business process design and IT management. Particular orientation in fostering innovation based on cloud service concepts with strong dedication at risk management.
