Manage certified SDS

Certification data obligations on SDS are not always aligned with existing technical SAP EHS specificities.

In demanding countries, such as Türkiye, SDS have to be certified by a "certifier" with an official agreement. The certification information (release date, a version number -for SDS a version number is composed of 2 parts, a major and a minor release number, for instance "1.2"-) must appear in section 16 of the SDS in a well defined format.

But in SAP EH&S, the certification date and number are attributed to a “released” SDS, which cannot be modified.
